HootSuite Now Allows You To Update Your Wordpress Blog

HootSuite, is one of the popular Twitter Management tool something like TweetDeck and br.st, has just issued yet another update to their web-based client, featuring the ability to post to the WordPress.com blogging platform, URL and content previews, and trending topic explanations.HootSuite

Well, this seems to be another good thing beside of posting to WordPress blog. It makes decoding of short URLs and previewing content easy and also saves tons of unnecessary clicks. You will see that now every tweets in HootSuite will have a plus sign just click that and you will see where it is from. Not only is this new feature a cool addition for viewing photos and the like, but it’s also one that will help prevent you from falling victim to malicious Twitter  phishing attacks.

Updating WordPress Blog From HootSuite

The New WordPress.com functionality is powered by the newly released WordPress Twitter API, and eventually you’ll also be able to post to your self-hosted WordPress blog. You can upload links , Photos, files in your updates as normal as you do from WordPress. The feature do not limit 140 Characters update but you can update as normal. Setup is simple and merely requires that you enter your WordPress login credentials from the Settings panel. When you’re done, writing a blog post will be as simple as posting a tweet.
